As a fully automatic machine, the X-One All Black Edition allows you to set coffee volumes, with four different buttons / settings on each group. This allows you to pre-program single shots, double shots, decaf and even a flush option. The hot water tap can be programmed across two buttons for volume & temperature control, to provide suitable temperatures for tea and black coffee’s. It boasts programmable pre-infusion on all groups, giving the barista the option to pre-infuse the coffee for a small period before the full extraction begins – perfect for speciality coffee. It’s digital control panel allows you to control boiler temperature, shot counters, cleaning cycles, activate service and cleaning notifications and numerous other useful features.
