DELIVERY INFORMATION
If your order was placed before 2PM BST Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the same day, however delivery expectation is 1-2 days. Orders placed over the weekend (after 12.00AM BST Friday) will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays).

Orders under £75.00 will be charged £7.50 delivery charge, This will be confirmed with the Buyer first.
* Please note, the shipping fees quoted for orders are dependent on weight and we reserve the right to apply additional shipping fees, should this be necessary we will contact customers prior to shipping to obtain the payment.

ORDERING
If any items ordered can not be delivered within our standard delivery timescale we will inform you by email or telephone. Should you wish to cancel your order.
RETURNS
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item(s) back to us in its(their) original condition within 14 days of the order date. Each item will be inspected upon return. Any items returned that are not in their original condition will NOT be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer. On receiving the item(s) from you we will issue a full refund (excluding p+p costs) to the card the order was placed with or exchange it for an alternate size/colour if you wish. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that is fully trackable. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
For faulty items please do not send the items back to us until you have emailed our customer care department at info@seasonsforcoffee.com stating your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for return. Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days from dispatch date. Please note refunds can only be issued once the manufacturer has verified the fault. Finally let us know of you require a refund or a replacement. We will contact you to advise on how we will deal with the return.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
In the event of a cancellation please inform us in writing. This must be done within 7 days of delivery of your item(s). Email is acceptable and should be send to our customer cares department (the email can be found on the contact us page).
On acceptance of cancellation the goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statuary rights.
NOTE: In order to ensure your return is accepted by us please be careful when trying on the items. Please also return the item(s) in their original state, including any packaging or documentation that accompanied it. All returns must be posted to the address above.
